We seek an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help drive performance marketing that propel our business forward.
Job Overview
As the Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our user acquisition efforts by leveraging deep performance marketing knowledge. The focus of this job is on managing UA campaigns, establishing the creative testing and network testing, analyzing performance, and generating actionable insights to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee UA channels, ensuring campaigns are optimized based on data insights.
- Overseeing Creatives Production and Research: Manage creative agencies and ensure we focus on the winning concepts that will enhance our User Acquisition efforts
- Insights & Reporting: Provide in-depth reporting and analysis on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Ad Partner Relationships: Build strong relationships with advertising platforms and networks, and test new traffic sources for growth opportunities.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in a fast-changing environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Campaign Optimization: Experience managing and optimizing UA campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and ad networks such as Unity and Applovin.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Mobile Gaming UA Expertise: Solid understanding of the mobile gaming industry and ecosystem, with experience managing user acquisition strategies across key platforms and channels to drive installs, engagement, and retention.
- Creative Management: Experience working with creative assets and managing the creative development process.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
Bonus Skills
- Advanced Analytics: Experience in data-driven marketing strategies, including proficiency in SQL or Python and advanced Excel skills
